1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tomorrow Wall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Tomorrow Wall is an interactive digital wall where users can purchase and customize tiles with text, images, and other content. Tiles are displayed publicly on the wall and become part of the shared experience.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tomorrow Wall.

4. Purchases and Payments

All tile purchases are processed through our payment provider. Prices are listed in EUR and are final. Tiles are only confirmed and displayed on the wall once payment is successfully completed. Reserved tiles that remain unpaid may be released after a reasonable period.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, display, or promote any content on Tomorrow Wall that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to steal data.
• Impersonates another person or organization in a deceptive manner.
• Contains excessive profanity or is otherwise obscene.
• Promotes scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial practices.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any tile that violates these rules. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We actively moderate the wall and reserve the right to edit or remove tiles that violate these terms. Users who repeatedly post prohibited content may be blocked from purchasing or editing tiles. If your tile is modified or removed, you will not be entitled to a refund unless the removal was made in error.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Tomorrow Wall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your tile content on the platform. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload any content you submit.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your tiles at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tomorrow Wall is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tile purchase.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
